Question:
Reincarnation and the universe?

This is more a philosophical question than anything, but since I base it using my limited understanding of scientific theory, I placed this in the science/math category rather than the alternative science/paranormal category. I am not implying reincarnation on the earth after death by the way.

I have been thinking about the multiple universe theory, the discovery of one of the possible multiple Higgs Bosan's, and new research that suggests a likely plausibility of infinite universes within the string theory model. If the big bang inevitably occurred out of an infinity condensed particle, and the universe will eventually collapse at the speed of light. If there are infinite universe, could it then be possible that big bang's have occurred eternally in cycles of infinite universes collapsing and then infinite universes developing exactly as they collapse, based on the understanding that there is no time elapse with "nothingness"?

Then, running under the idea of infinite universes in a eternal cycle of creation and destruction, could the idea be reasonably suggested that the subjective matter and collection of atoms/particles/energy that makes up our subjective consciousness could occur once again through an inconceivably immense duration of infinite universal collapses and developments that lead to the eventual organization of the exact needed material composition required for life to progress within the unfathomable odds of being born and thus existing subjectively?

It's just philosophical and pseudo rambling with a minimal understanding of the sciences, and I don't actually believe this to be true, but really now, isn't it a psychological tease? I'd like to hear your thoughts on the questions posed here. Thanks! Also, I am not educated it any way in any of these subjects, please forgive.

If we accept a current idea in theoretical physics that information lies behind the organization of particles of matter and energy, your idea becomes quite interesting. It may not be that actual material reappears but that information patterns persist.

Consider that there is no guarantee that a re-emerging universe necessarily reconstitutes itself as before given random processes. The physics of the newly re-emerged universe may be quite different than those of the prior universe, as long as random chance plays a role.

If we presume the "block universe" model (the "everything has already happened" idea) then the restrictions are not upon the evolution of the model but instead upon the nature of the creation of the universe prior to each recurrence. On the otherhand if we presume that each instance of a universe evolves once re-created in its own way, then information patterns that might outlive the individual instance or lifetime of a universe may express tendencies for the evolution of that universe which might or might not result in similar physics universe to universe.

With respect to reincarnation, I think it quite likely that humans at least re-encounter information patterns of others. This could explain most psi cognitive phenomena and abilities when you think about. And what is reincarnation in principle but the recognition of information regarding apparent past lives of deceased individuals?

If there are a true infinite number of other universes, then it's not just "possible" that there is an exact copy of each of us out there somewhere, down to the individual atoms. It would be a 100% certainty. But that's only if there is an actual *infinite* number of other universes. Given enough chances anything that can happen, has to happen. There wouldn't just be one "copy" of each of us out there though. There would be an infinite number. Time is most likely a property of this universe though, so whether these events in other universes were unfolding at the same "time" as they are here is pointless to think about. But, this other "you" would not actually be "you". Just an exact duplicate. So "reincarnation" or whatever is irrelevant. It wouldn't be "you" any more than a photocopy is the original document. Of course in your example it wouldn't be an actual "copy" of an original like a photo copy. Just two originals that happened to be identical. Where do you get the idea though that there was ever an infinitely dense particle, or that the universe will collapse at the speed of light?? Neither of those assumptions is supported by any theories or evidence.

I agree with George Patton, there can't be un infinite number of parallel universes for the good reason that if infinity exists, then what can happen, will happen and not only once but an infinite number of times. The question then is: is it a new event or a new observation of the same one?

I think we often mix very large numbers and infinity. The difference is this: Imagine the greater number there is, a number so big that there is no paper on earth to write it down. Let's call it: BigNumber. Now, BigNumber plus one is greater than BigNumber while infinity plus one is still infinity, do you agree?

Our only understanding of infinity is the point (one dimension) the circle (2D) the sphere (3D) and eventually the hypersphere (4D). It loops the loop.

So, reincarnation? Yes, I believe in it in the sense that I believe that when I'll die, my body will go back to be star dust as it once was. There will be a nearly infinite number of time, a BigNumber of years at the end of which everything that was as it was at my birth will again be as such and I will experience everything again. Not a "new life" but a new "experience" of what is possible in my frame of observation of space, time and event.

It doesn't really affect my life other than, I try not to make mistakes because it would be silly to do them again and again ... ;-) and when the day to leave this life has come, I'll say "see you again" to my loved ones.

Not a big deal, though, I am not fanatic but ... I like my way of thinking! ;-)

It is a psychological tease I do agree. I looked at your question to find out if you did believe in the In recarnation you don't and neither do I. I see you looked up the latest on the god particle I choose to choose to call god particle not B.H. Because It existed long before he existed. 47-48 years to conferm what many already knew to be true in study of the universe. Multipule big bangs and collapses I have never considered it until I read this. However with some thought I disagree. There seemes to be a scientific goal to say Earth and human kind are only accedental. Yet when you study the system and research that thoulsands of scientific researchers study it disoroves the accedental therorist. If you see a new stealth fighter jet go through blue prints and all details to the last detail.you depending on your scolastic achievements or even the high school drop out can conclude 1) It is an incredible structure 2) It is not a accedent but a planned man made structure.

If we look at a pen or pencil a kindergardener can conclude 1,2 also.

But countries pay top scientist to conclude that we are not designed by intellegent craft by a desginer a actual creator. No they are funded to say we are accedents of cosmic soup and one celled amebas are our grandparents. See the blue print of one human cell it is more complex in funtion then any man made product.trillions of cells in one body working better then any machine ever made. Why so complex it will never be fully understood and there are 7 billion of us . Are we from a one cell creature no obviously not. The universe is the rest of the story do we know even 10% of whats going on and about the one who created it??? Not most of us its abig bang a accedent has no purpose and no meaning.......I disagree. There is purpose, a plan and meaning. But most people would never believe it that means the destraction theory will be achieved. Sad isnt it.

Hope that it is not working on you. Have an exellent Monday.

Uh huh.

Yes, i believe in the string theory and multiverse.

I don't know how incarnations work, but from what I discovered so far, everything exists in duality at all times.

Everything is energy. What we see here, the computers, the table, buildings, animals, and people, are condensed form of energies with varying levels.

I believe our consciousness, and everything else, exists in the universal collective. Kind of like, there is a mainframe where information of every programs and datas exist.

This is simply an extension of the fact that if time is infinite, then everything that is possible to happen will happen. This would also include you and me coming into existence exactly in our current form, an infinite number of times.

But of course, if time is not infinite, forget it.

REINCARNATION & YOGA EXPOSED

The Lord Jesus Christ taught that we live only once (Matthew 25:46) and that Salvation is found only through Him (John 6:35; John 8:12; John 14:6; John 10:9-11). The Bible does not teach the false doctrine of reincarnation. The doctrine of reincarnation is a cleaver lie of Satan who wants to deceive us into thinking that we could achieve salvation and liberation through our works/deeds and not by our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord Jesus Christ (the 2nd Person of the Triune Godhead) never taught or mentioned reincarnation. Some believe that in Matthew 11:7-14, Jesus meant that the prophet Elijah reincarnated as John the Baptist. Jesus called John the Baptist Elijah because John the Baptist came in the “spirit and power of Elijah”. The Bible is very clear on this:

Luke 1:17

And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.

In addition, John the Baptist himself specifically said he was not Elijah:

John 1:21

And they asked him, What then? Are you Elijah? And he said, I am not. Are you that prophet? And he answered, No.

The Holy Spirit (the 3rd Person of the Triune Godhead) said that many would fall for doctrines of demons (1 Timothy 4:1) and reincarnation is definitely a demonic doctrine. Demons are fallen angels and spirits of Nephilim. These beings make up Satan’s army and are bent on leading humans to destruction.

Persons who claim they were having memories of past lives are either not telling the truth or were actually receiving visions from evil spirits who have been around for thousands of years.

Demons implant memories in the minds of humans to make them believe in reincarnation, one of Satan’s key deceptions. A demon who lived in the body of a certain person, shared the same experiences and memories of that person. If that demon enters another person, that demon can transfer their memories to their new host. If the person doesn’t know the truth, they will think that they had lived previous lives. Demons can gain the right of way to enter a person when they practice sin. Allowing oneself to be hypnotized, taking drugs and practicing yoga are easy ways to becoming possessed by evil spirits. Demons can also enter an unborn foetus if one or both parents have unrepented sin.

Reincarnation is a false teaching – humans are given only one physical life (Hebrews 9:27). The Lord Jesus said that the human being’s afterlife state whether torment or paradise, will be eternal (Matthew 25:46). In the original text, the Greek word for eternal, “aiōnion” is used. He didn’t say that we would be born again and again until we got it right and received liberation. He would not have made that huge sacrifice for us if we could have had unity to God another way, and if there was another way, He would have taught that. The Lord said He could have employed legions of angels to prevent His crucifixion (Matthew 26:53), but because of His great and perfect love for humanity, He chose to endure a very painful death so we could be redeemed and united to God. Those who die having faith in Jesus as their Saviour will go on to eternal paradise with God (Matthew 25:46; Luke 23:42-43; Romans 10:9; 2 Corinthians 5:8; Revelation 21, 22) and those who die without having faith in Jesus as their Saviour will go on to eternal torment (Matthew 25:46; John 3:18, 36; Luke 12:5; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10; Revelation 20:10-15; Revelation 21:8).

What It Means to Be Born Again

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLuZpXipO2s

Yogic doctrines hold that there is “serpent energy” called kundalini located at the base of the human spine and this energy can be caused through yoga to rise to the brain to result in “God-realization”. Yogis believe that once this alleged state of God-Realization is achieved by an individual, she or he no longer needs to reincarnate. The truth is kundalini does not naturally reside within humans. Kundalini is actually a type of demonic entity which can gain entry into a human if the human practices yoga. I’ve already proven that reincarnation is false.

Shiva, one of the 3.3 million Hindu deities gave the doctrines of yoga to mankind. Shiva is called "lord of yoga" by the Hindus. He is also known as "lord of the third eye", "lord of the lingam (male sex organ)" “god of this world” and "god of destruction". As Christians we know that the “god of this world” and “god of destruction” is Satan (2 Corinthians 4:4; John 10:10). Shiva and Satan are the same being.

Satan likes to counterfeit God’s truths and he even has a counterfeit salvation – which is yoga. Kundalini (which is actually a type of demon) is the COUNTERFEIT Holy Spirit and the Siddhis are the COUNTERFEIT gifts of the Holy Spirit. Yoga was designed by Satan to put humans in contact with the Hindu deities (demons). Faith in Jesus as one’s Saviour puts one in union with God while yoga puts one in union with Shiva or another demon.

Yogis believe that the spirit of the human being is God but this is false. The human being has a physical body, soul and spirit. The spirit of a human being isn’t God but needs God. It is where one receives God when they accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour. Where the “S” in spirit is capitalized in the Bible, it refers to the Holy Spirit who is the third person of the triune Godhead. After one accepts Christ, the Holy Spirit (not their spirit) brings life to them (Romans 8:10). In Zechariah 12:1, we see that God formed the spirit of humans within them. As soon as one accepts the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour, the Holy Spirit takes up residence within their spirit making them a true child of God (Romans 8:15-16). The Holy Spirit enables us to have a spiritual understanding of the things of God (1 Corinthians 2:11).

Yogis and many users of entheogens mistake altered states of consciousness for Godly experiences. They erroneously attribute to these states such terms as God-Realization, Self-Realization, Enlightenment, Illumination, Unitive Knowledge of the Divine, Reentering the Kingdom and Reintegration.

DMT (dimethyltryptamine) is a hallucinogen found naturally in the mammalian brain. DMT can also be extracted from certain plants. Deep and prolonged practice of yoga causes the brain to release DMT and this induces altered states of consciousness, hallucinations and feelings of bliss. Individuals who consume or inject themselves with DMT derived from external sources achieve the same altered states and feelings as yogis who spend long years in yogic practices.

Many pagan mystics have believed and taught that Jesus practiced yoga and achieved enlightenment. The Lord Jesus Christ never supported yogic doctrines. Jesus is by nature God and the 2nd Person of the Triune Godhead which is made up of Adonai, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Because Jesus, unlike humans, is by nature God, He has full authority over all demons and creatures and was able to offer His body and blood to atone for the sins of mankind so we could by faith have unity to God.

The truth about Jesus Christ can be found only in the Holy Bible. Three days after the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, He resurrected from the dead (Luke 24:1-8; Acts 10:40; 1 Corinthians 15:4) and 40 days later, He ascended into Heaven (Acts 1:3; Luke 24:50-53; Acts 1:9-11).

Without God, the spiritual part of the human being is dead (Ephesians 2:5, Colossians 2:13). The sin of our first parents (Adam and Eve) caused the separation between God and man. Romans 6:23 says the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Sin causes us to be separated from God which results in spiritual death. Christ, the 2nd Person of the Triune Godhead was made flesh (through the immaculate conception) and paid the price for our sins by dying on the cross so we could through faith in Christ as our Saviour be instantly redeemed and united to God and have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit who teaches us, comforts us and grants us fruits to live in righteousness and gifts to help and edify the Church. There is no redemption or unity to God apart from receiving the Lord Jesus Christ as one’s Saviour and Lord.

A PERSON BECOMES A CHRISTIAN THROUGH FAITH. Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as one's Saviour is the ONLY WAY one can receive CLEANSING OF SINS (1 John 1:7), REDEMPTION (Ephesians 1:7), ADOPTION BY GOD (Romans 8:15), THE INFILLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, the 3rd Person of the Triune Godhead (John 14:26; 1 Corinthians 6:19), SANCTIFICATION (Hebrews 13:12; 1 Corinthians 1:2), JUSTIFICATION (1 Corinthians 6:11), TRANSFORMATION (2 Corinthians 3:18; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Hebrews 9:12-14; Titus 3:5) and SALVATION (Romans 10:9; Revelation 21:8).
