Wouldn't it be possible , that stars are born , they mature and form big sons and they grow old and form neutron stars and they did to form black holes and black holes collect energy and all the possible matter that the son lost when it died and with enough energy in the black hole a star is reborn from the ashes of its old self .

"Stars are born from ashes of old stars right ?" - Yes.

"Wouldn't it be possible [...] with enough energy in the black hole a star is reborn" - No, nothing can get "reborn" out of a black hole. Black holes crush and destroy anything that falls into them.

no evidence or theory to show that new stars can be born from black holes. They need a colossal event like a big bang.

supernovas ans planetary nebula leaves lot of gas and dust from which new stars were born. Our Sun is a second generation star by its heavy elements.
