I know that John Young flew on the first one but I can't remember which other Apollo astronauts also flew on the shuttle.
Can you help me out please?

In addition to John Young there was:
Fred Haise was on Apollo 13 and was commander of the Shuttle test vehicle Enterprise
Ken Mattingly was on Apollo 16 and flew on Discovery and Columbia
Joe Engle was a backup astronaut in the Apollo program, and flew on Enterprise and Columbia
Vance Brand was on Apollo-Soyuz and flew on Columbia and Challenger
Owen Garriott trained for Apollo, flew on Skylab and later on Columbia
Jack Lousma trained for Apollo, flew on Skylab and later on Columbia

John Watts Young
* Apollo 10 - Command Module pilot
* Apollo 16 - Walked on the Moon
* STS-1 - Commander of the Shuttle's maiden flight
* STS-9 - Commander, used Spacelab for the first time.
Ken Mattingly
* Apollo 16 - Command Module Pilot
* STS-4 - Commander
* STS 51-C - Commander
Vance D. Brand
* Apollo-Soyuz Test Project - Command Module Pilot
* STS-5 - Commander
* STS-41-B - Commander
* STS-35 - Commander
Maybe there are others.
I did not included people that were part of backup crews or support crews at the Apollo missions and later flew on one of the Space Tranportation Shuttles. Just listed people who actually flew on both type of missions.

Ken Mattingly flew on Apollo 16 and two shuttle missions.
Vance Brand flew on the Apollo Soyuz test project in Earth orbit, and also the shuttle.
Fred Haise flew on Apollo 13 and also the Shuttle approach and landing tests where the shuttle was carried up on a 747 and dropped to test how it lands, but those missions never went to orbit.
Jack Lousma flew to skylab in an Apollo and also flew on the shuttle.
Paul Weitz flew to skylab in an Apollo and also flew on the shuttle.

Actually, Young was on two Shuttle flights: the first one (STS-1) and STS-9.
Geoff G, Gene Cernan didn't fly on the shuttle. He retired from NASA in 1976 before it was operational.

As Apollo astronaut Gene Cernan said, "Once you've been to the Moon, who wants to ride in the shuttle?" In spite of this, Cernan piloted the third shuttle mission.
