Question:
Can something exist without time, matter and space?

Various pieces of evidence point to the reality of the Big Bang (i.e., that all matter, energy, space, time, and forces of the physical universe came into existence at an instance about 13.7 billion years ago).

The second law of thermodynamics (shows that the universe can not be infinitely old, or else it would have run out of usable energy, i.e., it would have reached heat death, or maximum entropy)

A friend of mine (physics major) recently told me that intelligent life exists outside of time, space and matter.

Many modern physicists are finding evidence of many more dimensions (at least 10).

In Michio Kaku's book Hyperspace, he details this and modern 'string-theory' which says all matter is composed of vibrating strings (or vibrations).

"A friend of mine (physics major) recently told me"

intelligent life exist outside of our solar system.

The modern Science does not explicitly confirm or deny the existence of intelligent life in outside of time,Space and matter.

There may be intelligent life on other solar systems(outside of time,Space and matter).

Very likely, yes. Something can exist without time, matter and space.

"Space, time and matter is composed of vibrating strings".

Stop the vibration and there is no space, no time and no matter.

But the string is "something" that remains there.

How about calling that string "something" as DownSpaceTimeMatter or DSTM.

Just because we are not able to detect that DSTM from our universe, does not mean that it is not there. The DSTM could be the very thing that initiate the birth of a universe or universes.

Modern science does suggest intelligent life lies beyond our solar system. One of the core facets of this belief is two fold.. One is the fact we have quickly learned earth is not a unique place and the universe is literally filled with rocky planets. Two is the fact that the elementary molecules that formed life have been observed in immense quantities all over the universe. So it's safe to say most astrophysical scientists believe life exists elsewhere in our universe of spacetime and matter.

Modern science does also suggest there is a multiverse that is a collection of an unfathomably, if not infinite collection of universes. But we have as of now zero ways to probe outside of our universe so any theories about the state or properties of things beyond our universe are limited and mostly educated guess work. There are suggestions that time is merely a construct of our universe and outside of it doesn't necessarily exist. In addition other universes may have different governing laws where space and matter exist and interact immensely differently than in ours. It is likely in other universe life does not exist "as we know it" but could exist in other forms that we wouldn't be able to understand due to us and our minds being geared for this universe.

It's likely we may never prove what lies beyond our universe, but it isn't foolish to think we discover life beyond earth in our own universe.

EDIT: I noticed you made the statement "There may be intelligent life on other solar systems(outside of time,Space and matter)."

Other solar systems are in fact not outside of time space and matter. Solar systems by definition are made of matter and are in fact located in our universe. So it wouldn't be wrong to say there would be life there, but it would be false to say it lie outside time, space and matter.

Actually, the TRUE universe is spiritual. What we observe is just our mind going haywire, it does not exist in reality. Our mind is playing a game through our senses.

This may be difficult to absorb for the rational mind but not so for the simple one. This reality is only a reflexion of our confused mind.

Well, if there is no time nothing can change. If there is no matter nothing can be anything. And if there is no space then there is nowhere to put your changeless nothing. So no

God himself.

Even asked about his gender!

Similar to asking whether sun, earth, milky way's gender.

Angels and satan are also free from earth matter as we know it.
