Egyptians created numbers. They are the first ones to do math. The Egyptians were also black. white people just wanted to take credit for thing they did not do.

No need to be racist. Just answer the question

If your talking about numbers in general. I think Cave men use tally marks as their numerical system. Also the Mesopotamian had it before the Egyptians. Now if your talking about the numerical system we use now called base 10, the first were the Indians then change to what we see it now by the Arabic I believe.

numbers were first used around 30000 bc paleolithic peoples.i think they are first noted in the Indus valley then spread to the Arabs and others.Sumerians, Babylonia zero was invented independently in india and by the Mayans in India around 300bc in central America around 300ad. the Mayans were the first to use what is true zero. zero is the most important and interesting number IMO.the Egyptians were not the first people to use math.by most consensus that would be the ancient Indians.also as someone said about the Egyptians ,well many of the mummy s had red and sometimes blond hair also the house of Ptolemy ruled ancient Egypt for many years, Cleopatra was of this family which was white Greeks.

wiki says

It is speculated that the first known use of numbers dates back to around 35,000 BC.

Bones and other artifacts have been discovered with marks cut into them which many consider to be tally marks.

The first known system with place-value was the Mesopotamian base 60 system (ca. 3400 BC) and the earliest known base 10 system dates to 3100 BC in Egypt.
