Is there a cute pretend way to freeze time?

You can call this gay all you want but I'd like to find a clever way to do this for a special someone. Something better than just pulling the batteries out of a clock and not quite as complicated as the damn DeLorean with a flux capacitor. I found this image that talks about combining daylight savings with traveling to a different time zone.

I don't quite understand it and am not sure in what time zone this stupid thing was created. I'm in California so unless I want to cross an ocean, traveling back through a time zone doesn't seem possible. But anyways, if someone could explain this image or just flat out come up with a better idea it'd be greatly appreciated. The cheesier the better.
Yes "kill yourself" I know haha. But I still would like to find a way.

Yes, all you have to do is travel west at a speed of 16697.792 km per hour(if you are at the equator). By doing that, your time will freeze: 8:00 am will remain as it is. As you move across all the different time zone it will register the time 8:00 am, the moment you reaches it. If you start your journey during the day it will always be daytime for you: your daylight will be safe never to slip out into the night, as long as you keep your speed. The cheesier way of doing it is, if you can, attach yourself to the moon by the string, so that you hang just above the Earth's surface and watch the earth rotating, the effect will be the same. It will be as if the moon and the night is stuck to you and time will seem to freeze. Different time zone on the earth's surface will pass underneath your feet, but they all register the same time the Moment they move to your position. If you can hang in the same way by the sun your daylight will be save, probably as long as the sun lives.

Theoretically, time could be stopping and starting all the time.

But we wouldn't know about it.

If you could stop time, it wouldn't affect anything, because when time stops, you and your brain stops with it. Nothing would happen.

Guess why the guy has a troll face.
