How one can see the live satellite's picture of any place.like dheli,munger,satyanagar etc.

U need to be in space or with NASA or any space agency or Spy network to do so...
Google and other maps have old maps in them...But u can identify t place u want though

There are no live pictures, except for weather satellite pictures, which do not show small detail. Even the CIA cannot get live images because satellites able to show small detail (like cars and people) have to be in low orbit, not geosynchronous orbit, so they are always moving over different parts of the Earth. To image a particular spot you have to wait until the next time the satellite passes over that spot, and it passes over in just a minute nor two. So the best you can get is a snapshot once every few days. The source is probably your best bet for the most recent pictures.

It is impossible to see a live "feed" from a satellite. No camera (at least to the public) exists to zoom in from 22,000 + miles away. Spy satellites are rumored to be able to read a license plate on a car, but this is a still image only

Unless your NASA. Air Force, or the CIA or NRO or NSA this is currently impossible. However Google Earth is a pretty good substitute.
