Uranus was Saturn's dad and Jupiter's grandad. As you can see the whole family is placed in the correct order in the sky: Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus.
As for the name, Uranus was named after the Greek god for the sky Ouranos. Today we use this word in Greek for the planet and also when we're referring to the sky (I'm Greek so I'm telling first hand what we were told at school in Greece).

In Greek mythology, Uranus was the primeval sky god, whose name means ‘Heaven’. He was responsible for both the sunshine and the rain. Uranus and Gaia were the parents of Kronos and his fellow Titans, and the one-eyed giant Cyclops

Uranus was named after Ouranos, one of the first gods in Greek mythology. It was first called Georgium Sidus (meaning "the Georgian planet") to honor the King George III of England. But later was changed to match the other planets being named after ancient gods.

Its a mythlogical name, same as the vast majority of the objects in space. It is also known as the god Ouranus, which was the god of the sky, or the embodiment of the sky or heavens. it is said that the sky came from the testicals of Uranus after he was castrated, and his privates were thrown into the ocean.

Herschel, who discovered the planet, decided to name it Georgium Sidus (George's Star), or the "Georgian Planet" in honour of his king, George III.
