2012 Theories, Could they be true? Are you going to prepare?

We all have heard about the 2012 prophecies all the way from the Mayans to Nostradamus to the Hopi Indians. Last night I watched Conspiracy Theory with Jessie Ventura, he showed that the US government preparing with mass shelters all over the USA. He had data showing from Nassau there is going to be the greatest attack of solar flares we have ever seen in history. Then there is the 10th planet known as Wormwood/Nibiru will be passing through our solar system as it does every 10 years or so but with the planetary line up it will send our planet into a polar shift. A major POLAR shift. This is not coming from me people this is from Nassau.
From what I read what is guaranteed is we will lose all power including satellites for 3 months to 3 years. Infrastructure will be all safe in shelters, And these shelters "are" being built, there is evidence for this Government preparation. They admitted it openly.
There is going to be solar flares in masses. You will be able to see it coming by the increasing amount of northern lights, especially in places it is not usually seen, and Natural disasters on a daily basis. Usually the earth's atmosphere will protect us from the solar flares but Nassau said there is a huge hole where our electro magnetic field is thin and we are not fully protected anymore. Again this is from Nassau not me.
So I'm wondering what your take is on this.

There are gonna be a lot of major changes happening, and it already is happening, because there is a dimensional shift, and so this will bring chaos to the material kingdom, however this chaos comes with the light. Age of enlightenment has already started. There are so many websites and books about 2012 and enlightenment.



As we know from the calendar, we are very close to a time of change, in fact we are already living this awakening. 2 years ago when I was doing my researches about enlightenment, there was not even one friend I knew, who was interested in spiritual knowledge. At the time, I was researching about ancient secrets, from Mayan Calendar, to the ancient Book of the Dead. Especially, the year 2012 was attracting my attention so much. I wanted to know what the ancients had to say about this. Then I researched more about what the modern new agers found related to 2012.



All my researches and meditations made me understand that the world was getting uplifted to a higher dimension, a higher consciousness. All the information was saying that more and more people are gonna start to ask questions, and seek for the truth. In fact, those people who ridiculed me for searching for spiritual wisdom, especially those who were closest to me, started to ask the same questions I was asking. More and more friends of mine started to read spiritual books, and seek enlightenment, and I see this all around, not only among my relatives.



Mayans did not say the world was gonna end on 21 December 2012. They said it was an end of a cycle. They have many times like this in their calendar. Of course, this is not to say that, this is not a special time. Because it is. Although, I wouldn't want you to wait until 21 December 2012, to find out what's happening. Because the age of enlightenment is already happening, look all around you, visit a book store and check out what each book in the top 20 book talk about, I bet you will find very interesting stuff, even if you did not have any interest in these topics before.



These are not conspiracy theories. But there are a lot of false information around. So please be informed and seek for the truth. The divine intervention is happening in a major aspect, and this is gonna grow bigger.



However, don't forget this quote, wherever there is no fire, no light shines. So we need chaos, to get together under one religion. Humanity. Then we shall find the truth of all truths, which is rendering pure loving devotional service, to our people, to our world, and most importantly to our Creator. Without expecting anything in return. No fame, no money, no knowledge, and no victory. If we can do just for the sake of serving, we will not incur any sins. Thus, we shall get together, and fight a holy battle against this darkness that is covering us. Wars, poverty, animal slaughter, and much more are not being seen by the ones who are happy, but it's time for you to see the reality too.





And chaos will show itself with plagues, market crashes, change in the financial system, earthquakes, and much more. Yes, this will happen too. Many scientists are confirming that such major changes are expected. But world is not gonna end. It will transform. But don't expect a golden age, because you won't be able to see that in this material world, unless your inner is only made out of gold. If you know what I mean...

8. Watch meditation videos on youtube, you will love them, especially solfeggio frequencies are cool



9. Read Bhagavad Gita As It Is; itwas the favorite book of Einstein, Gandhi, Emerson and many more..



10. Don't just seek for money, power, fame, knowledge. Try to nourish your inner child, it will become alive, it never died, because soul never dies.

The Mayans didn't say the world would end in 2012. Neither did Nostradamus or the Hopi.



And while NASA does talk about solar flares, there is no reason to expect the 2012 season to be anything other than normal. Solar flares are NOT predictable more than a few hours in advance, so there is no way they would say that 2012 will have massive flares.

Really, so it passed through our solar system 10 years ago but NOT ONE astronomer anywhere on the planet saw it?

And which planetary lineup are you referring? The planets do not align - the closest they ever got in recorded history was in May 1982 when they were all on the same side of the sun at the same time.



Which government agency has openly admitted to building shelters specifically for 2012?



Jessie Ventura is hardly what any rational person would call a reliable source of science information.

And YouTube is definitely not a valid scientific source of information.



My take on all this is that people are free to believe whatever they like - but believing a hoax without doing any independant research first is just one more example of the dumbing down of America.

You really shouldn't believe all you see on TV. Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura was complete garbage. The usual 2012 cranks such as Weidner and Joseph trotting out their nonsense. A statement that NASA says in about 2 years the Sun is going to go through a very unusual series of solar flares. That's an outright lie. NASA says no such thing. Then an entirely pointless exercise - "Look at this place on Google Earth. It's some sort of base with buildings and an airstrip. Let's go there". So they turn up at this facility and (quite predictably) are turned away by a guard. "There could be an underground bunker and planes could fly people here in 2012." Yes and they could be breeding giant mutant moles to do the tunneling. What a waste of time.

Then some murals in Denver Airport and some building works nearby mean there's a survival bunker under the airport. Yeah, right.

I guess if the show's called 'Conspiracy Theory' what else can you expect?

There we are. Much lower solar activity to come in 2012-13 than at the last peak in 2001. We remember all the lost power and satellites as well as the government all being safe in shelters back in 2001, don't we? Funnily enough, memory of that seems to elude me.

Ok, let's get real here. The world will end one day, but no man shall know the day or the hour. I am a Christian and believe that my God does not give me a spirit of fear. I live in a spirit of prepared strength. The end of the world scare has been real since the advent of the Nuclear Weapon. We are not promised tomorrow people. We are not guaranteed the next breath. That is just a reality, but it is nothing to fear. A coward will die a thousand deaths but a courageous person only dies once. Be courageous in these threatening times, my friends. Could the 2012 theories be true? Yes they could, but that doesn't mean we need to fear them. Am I going to prepare? How on earth can I prepare for something like that? I am as prepared as I can be at all times for whatever may come. If my God calls me home, then I will go, but until then I will fight to live as anyone else would do. The US has built and is building massive shelters. What Jesse did not tell you is that they have many shelters that they started building back during the Reagan years in preparation for nuclear war. Many large corporations have panic rooms and shelters built under basements and certain survivalists also have such things constructed. If a Polar Shift occurs, those shelters will be most likely under water. In the movie 2012, They built ARKS...funny ...wonder where they might have gotten that idea from? Anyway, there are plans to deal with these eventualities that you have not even heard of yet because to tell you would cause you to panic. Governments around the world with grand resources at their disposal are doing everything they can to assure the continuation of the human race. Have faith, draw strength from wherever you draw strength from, and stand tall and without fear. The most deadly force on this planet is panic and fear. Fears make people do very bad things. Except none of those people actually made such a prophecy. That is all made up.

Even though you meant NASA, this is complete fiction. The actual prediction is that the next peak of solar activity, which occurs about every 11 years, will be around May of 2013 and will be much milder than usual.

It doesn't exist. Something with a period that short would be visible all the time and would have a gravitational effect on the other planets. No such body exists.

No alignment is happening. You can check that yourself (I'll post a link as soon as I find it). And even if they did align, so what? They are just as far away when aligned as when not aligned. The total gravitational force from all the other planets would raise the tides by 1/25 of a millimeter.

This has been happening every 11 years for billions of years. Assuming you are over 11 years old, you've already lived through a solar maximum. Probably several.

And again, even if there were, so what? Straight lines do not have magical powers. Gravity does not become stronger when things are in straight lines. The other planets are very, very far away.

Solar flares are a naturally occurring event, we've had them before. But no one can predict when and how strong they would be.



Mayans were a primitive civilization that performed human sacrifice to appease their gods, Nostradamus was a fraud (he did not predict *anything*, except for those people who try to match events with vague poetry after the fact). As for the Hopi, all their 'prophecy' says is that there will be change. Well, you don't say. In 1960, there were no DVD, CD, VCR, personal computers, so I guess change does happen. How good is a 'prediction' that states the obvious?



As for Ventura, here is something for you to ponder.

He claims that the US government was building shelters (which is pure bunk, by the way). But is this the *same* government that claimed there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq?



But the real item is this claim that Nibiru (the conveniently invisible planet) will cross the solar system as it does every 10 years. Since the orbital period is a function of the distance to the Sun, then that 'planet' would have to orbit closer to the Sun than Jupiter does (Jupiter: one orbit in 11.8 years). And there is NOT going to be a planetary alignment in 2012.

"2012" is a hoax designed to scare children and adults who know nothing about science. There is no science behind it, and no scientists believe in it. Unfortunately the world is full of people so ignorant of basic science that they can be taken in by these hoaxers.



The world has existed for over four billion years. Is it reasonable to expect that it will come to an end in two years? And all because of a Mayan calendar? Use some common sense.



The most interesting astronomical events in 2012 will be an annular eclipse of the Sun on 2012 May 20, a total eclipse of the Sun on 2012 Nov 13, and a transit of the planet Venus across the face of the Sun on 2012 Jun 06.



Scientists don't expect anything out of the ordinary to happen in the year 2012, or specifically on the date December 21, except for the solstice, which happens every year.



None of the "predicted" happenings for 2012 hold up under close scrutiny. "Planet X" and "Nibiru" simply don't exist. The Mayan calendar ends a cycle, but there were no predictions of the end of the world. The Sun doesn't line up with the galactic centre; it's 6 degrees off. No asteroids or comets are actually predicted to hit Earth.



All of this stuff was put together by crackpots in order to promote their books and TV shows, and shamelessly promoted by the History Channel. Don't take any of it seriously!

I am 62 now. This is perhaps the 20th end of the world that I have been through.



I will tell you exactly what to expect. The morning after the end of the world, the sun will come up the birds will start chirping people will get out of their beds an get ready for work. Moms will hug their Kids and everything will pretty much be like it was the day before the end of the world.



Only one thing will be different. All of the people who were talking about it as though it was real will be saying that they knew that it was not really going to happen.



The day after that there will be a new date for the end of the world predicted, and those same people will be talking about how it is real.

If we stop using phones and other stuff that uses sattelites,satellites will go in to safe mode and after our poles shift they will start working again also I read a Nassau astronomer's page and he said the poles shifting would not have great affect on us this astronomer is a specialist in Impacts on earth from the space around and the government would not be hiding any thing because they tell us about terrorist and also science is all about discovery and communication and the lady on the bottom is right have faith in god
